Book your next Time to Talk

Speech bubbles

Last month, we ran into technical issues with our online session. If you’d like to join us for the rescheduled Time to Talk session on 9 December at 12:30pm with our Customer Engagement Manager, Louise Darby, we’ll be focusing on addressing stigma in social housing.

It's important that we continue to treat customers fairly and with respect. We want to hear your thoughts on stigma in social housing, whether it affects you and how it can shape the services we provide.

Help us offer you a more tailored service

Person

Over the last few months, we’ve been inviting customers to update the information we hold about any adjustments they need us to make – whether that’s getting a phone call before we visit, having extra

time to answer the door, receiving information in a different format or something else.

So far, 787 customers have told us what adjustments they need us to make which means we can tailor our services to them.

In the last two weeks, we’ve started to send out text messages to some of the customers we’ve not managed to speak to about this yet. If you’ve received the text message, please do get in touch to tell us about any adjustments you need us to make. If you don’t need us to make any adjustments, you can just reply to the text message to confirm no changes are needed.

If we’ve not spoken to you about adjustments you might need and you’ve haven’t received a text message yet, don’t worry we’ll be sending more over the next few months. You can also update your own details anytime by:

  • Logging into MyAccount
  • Calling us on 0113 386 1000
  • Emailing us at hello@leedsfed.com – make sure you include your full name and address, as well as what you need from us and why

Attend our stigma workshop

Home

We're hosting a workshop on Wednesday 26 November from 6pm to consider how we deliver the repairs service, service standards and what we need to do to make sure we don't cause stigma.

We want to hear your views on the repairs policy and how we deliver this key service to all customers, especially if there are examples or concerns about how customers are treated.
