Can't make it? The Housing Hub will run monthly for the next 12 months, with the next session scheduled for Friday 28 November 2025. Stay tuned to find out more.
From the 20 October we'll be carrying out phone surveys with a random sample of 150 customers. The results of the surveys will feed into our next Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
The surveys are carried out by MEL Research on our behalf and the questions cover tenant perception measures, and wider feedback.
Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. So if you get the call please do take part.
If you're unsure and want to double check the validity of the survey, check out this blog below to learn more about MEL research.

Everyone deserves to feel valued and respected in their home. Yet too often, stigma around social housing can affect how people are treated - especially when it comes to essential services like repairs.
We're hosting two customer workshops on Saturday 22 November from 10am or Wednesday 26 November from 6pm to consider how we deliver the repairs service, service standards and what we need to do to make sure we don't cause stigma.
We want to hear your views on the repairs policy and how we deliver this key service to all customers, especially if there are examples or concerns about how customers are treated.
