Easter closing times

Tool

We'll be closing for the Easter period at 5pm on 17th April and returning at 9am on the 22nd April.

During this period you'll still be able to report emergency repairs by calling our out of office service on 0113 386 1000. Emergency repairs include things like severe water leaks and loss of all power.

When dealing with emergency repairs, our out-of-hours service will make things safe for you within 4 hours (unless it's related to gas repairs such as a broken boiler or no hot water, in which case you'll receive a repairs visit within 8 hours). If further work is required our Contact Centre will arrange this when they return.

If you suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Helpline on 0800 111 999 immediately.

Our new Corporate Plan is out!

The new Corporate Plan for 2025-2030 sets out our core purpose which is to help people make a home.

Chair our Board and a customer standing next to each other

The Plan demonstrates our vision for delivering secure, affordable, and quality homes for our customers.

Over the next five years, we’ll
- Build 400 new homes
- Improve existing homes
- Engage with customers and hear their voice

With a 78.8% overall customer satisfaction score, we’re committed to further improvement and your feedback and the Customer Voices Panel will play a key role in this.

Let us know your needs and adjustments

We want to make sure we tailor our services to your individual needs – whether that’s allowing extra time to answer the door when we call, providing information in a different format or something else that helps you get the most from the services we offer.

Over the next few months, we’ll be inviting customers to update the information we hold about any adjustments needed. This means we might ask you a few extra questions if you’re in touch with us during that time. We’ll share more updates soon.

Beware of ‘claims farmers’

Some solicitors may pressure you to report repairs through them for compensation claims. This can delay repairs and leave you with costly legal fees.

We encourage you to report directly to us so we can fix the problem quicker.
