Starting from April 2023 all social housing providers in England had to start collecting data on a new set of 22 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). They’re designed to help the Regulator for Social Housing to track how well landlords are operating and how they’re viewed by their customers. They’re intended to make sure landlords are providing high quality homes and services.
Although we’ve been collecting and reporting on this information for several years, the key change is that from 30 June 2024 all landlords must start to report their TSM results to the Housing Regulator for review and publication annually. Landlords must also share their results openly with their customers.

If you live in a Leeds Federated flat, look out for a leaflet coming soon about how to keep you, your family and your neighbours safe from fire. |
Some of our customers have recently moved into their new home in Hampton Gardens in Leeds. Thanks to the shared ownership scheme, they have been able to get on the property ladder.
“If it wasn't for shared ownership we wouldn't have been able to purchase our own property and have our own home, Leeds Federated were brilliant from start to finish. We are now looking forward to spending many happy years in our new home.” - Elizabeth

In February and March, we were out in the Borrowdales, Armley and Orchard Gardens, Knaresborough with community events to kick off our community-based presence approach. Neighbourhood Officers met with local residents to find out more about what it is like to live in their areas and how we could work together to make any improvements.
