We are delighted to see the development of Arthington House finish and are thrilled to be moving people into their new homes over the coming weeks.
The old Leeds Federated office space was converted to provide 22 spacious and energy efficient 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, some with individual access and private gardens. They have been built to a high quality and are handy for transport links, schools and shops.
They will help to meet the acute shortage of affordable homes in Leeds and an ever-growing increase in demand.
We are really pleased to be welcoming new customers to their new homes and wish them many years of happiness in them.

Lillian sometimes found it difficult to keep her house warm during winter, but since we have made energy efficiency improvements to her home with our partners Equans, she is much happier and warmer in her home. Our Service over Christmas
Please note that we will close on Friday 22 December 2023 for Christmas and the New Year period and will re-open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday 2 January 2024. We will be operating an emergency repairs service during this period only.
What can you expect from an emergency repair service?
General emergency repairs (e.g. severe water leak, loss of all power) will be made safe within 4 hours and repaired within 24 hours.
Emergency gas repairs (e.g. broken boiler, no hot water) will receive a repairs visit within 8 hours during Winter months from 1 October to 31 March. At other times, these will be classed as a non-emergency repair.
Otherwise, you can report repairs and book appointments online using My Account or by calling 0113 386 1000; we aim to make non-emergency repairs within an average of 8 days. Depending on the nature of the repair required, some take longer.
