Helping out at the Coronation

A big thank you to customers who organised Coronation celebrations for neighbours!

There was a lot of excitement in our housing schemes over the Coronation weekend, as customers took to organising activities like bingo and buffet lunches so that everyone could get together to celebrate.

If you’re thinking about doing some volunteering, Volunteer’s Week 2023 might inspire you.

Maintaining your home in the years ahead

We launched our Asset Management Plan with customer webinars

This week, we hosted webinars where customers could hear more about our Asset Management Plan. The plan sets out our approach for looking after customers’ homes in the coming years, and covers important topics like how we intend to meet net zero carbon targets.

“Hello, I’m Siaa, the new Customer Engagement Officer at Leeds Federated. I’m also new to Yorkshire!

I’m looking forward to meeting you and finding out more about your community. I’m really keen to hear about your experiences as a customer of Leeds Federated, and to work with you to shape our services. I’ve worked closely with residents for over 20 years, and I want to make sure that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll see me out and about with your Neighbourhood Officer, and I’ll also be working closely with our Challenger Panel to help panel members review our services.”
