We’ve recently updated our Corporate Plan for 2021 – 2026, which is called ‘Building Futures Together’. The document discusses our priorities in light of the cost-of-living crisis, and explains how we plan to continue providing good quality, affordable homes and excellent customer service.

A big thank you to customers who organised Coronation celebrations for neighbours!
There was a lot of excitement in our housing schemes over the Coronation weekend, as customers took to organising activities like bingo and buffet lunches so that everyone could get together to celebrate.

We launched our Asset Management Plan with customer webinars
This week, we hosted webinars where customers could hear more about our Asset Management Plan. The plan sets out our approach for looking after customers’ homes in the coming years, and covers important topics like how we intend to meet net zero carbon targets.
