What it means to be a Board member

Alongside our staff delivering services at Leeds Federated, we also have a Board made up of customers and experienced people with a passion for providing great homes. It is the Board’s job to come up with strategies to ensure that our organisation is consistently meeting its goals.

What our new phone system means for you

We will be introducing a new telephone system on Wednesday 25th January from 9am.

The new system runs from a more stable platform for greater reliability. This means we will be available to take your calls more of the time, rather than having to switch to our out-of-hours provider when our phones go down.

Move Mates are looking for volunteers in Leeds, especially in LS9 (Burmantofts, Richmond Hill, Lincoln Green areas). Interested in walking once a week with someone who would otherwise struggle to leave their home? Find out more.

Is your New Year’s Resolution to try and get more organised with your finances? There are lots of options available to help you budget for the year ahead and try to save some money – whether this be for next Christmas, a car MOT, days out over the summer, or an emergency ‘rainy day’.
