New Online Forms for Leeds
Over the next few months Leeds City Council will be launching a new online application system for licensing.
The first form to be released will be for Temporary Event Notices.
From 10am on Tuesday 13th June you will be able to submit a temporary event notice using the new system.
You can access the form by visiting the Temporary Event Notice page on our website and clicking the apply button. You will also be directed to this page if you apply through GOV.UK and enter a postcode that is in our area.
We have worked hard to make the new forms clear, simple and more user friendly than the forms available on GOV.UK, which we hope means you spend less time completing an application. You will no longer have to download a PDF file to complete the application and the forms have been designed to be easy to read and complete on a smart phone or tablet.
You will have the option of creating an account which allows you to see your previous applications or to save an unfinished application to complete and submit later. You will be able to submit an application without creating an account if this is what you'd prefer.
Not only do we hope that the forms are easier to use, but by using this new system you will be helping us to reduce unnecessary administration time meaning we can process your application faster and spend more time on work that is important to both the licensed trade and residents.
We are already planning on releasing more forms. Many of these include improvements to make applying to us easier and faster and we will announce when these new forms are released.
