Dear tenant

Although it feels like life is returning to normal, Covid is still with us. The virus spreads easily when people are together in enclosed spaces such as on public transport or even indoors at home. Getting up to date with your vaccinations is the best defence against infection, to keep you and your family healthy. You can read more on the NHS website.

How to get a vaccine:

• You can access free, confidential and impartial help and advice from the Money Information Centreon a range of money related matters such as debt, money, energy and utilities.
• Find advice and information on grants to help make sure you can afford to keep your home warm
• Different types of food support are available for anyone experiencing difficulties in accessing food
• Warm Spaces are available across the city – these are places where people can gather for free in a warm, safe, welcoming place
• Worrying about things like money and jobs can be stressful and affect your health. It’s important for you and your family to stay healthy

Making use of the communal facilities in your scheme

• Lounges and communal rooms are for the use of tenants. Please use these spaces to meet with neighbours, share a hot drink or eat a meal
• Communal areas and corridors are heated – please use these spaces to socialise and stay warm. Please don’t’ dry clothes or other items on communal radiators
• Cooking facilities can be used for activities or communal meals, but we ask that you use your own kitchens if cooking solely for yourself or your family
• Please feel able to use the communal bathrooms if you have one in your scheme. Please leave it clean for the next tenant and take your personal items with you when you’re finished
