Tenant survey – tell us what we’re doing well and how we can improve
Thank you everyone who completed our last survey. We’re looking at your feedback and we’ll share updates with you over the coming months. We’ll be carrying this out four times a year, so we can track your satisfaction with our services.
Some tenants will shortly receive our next survey. This may be online, by post, or you may be contacted by an outside organisation called The Leadership Factor to complete the survey by telephone. If you don’t receive the survey this time, you may receive it in the future.
If you do receive the survey, please complete it. Your feedback is important to us so we can learn from it and improve our service.
Leeds Housing Options launches Advice Aid – an online self-service tool for customers
Advice Aid is our new online tool allowing customers to access advice tailored to their individual housing needs and circumstances. The advice is clear, easy-to-read, and understandable to help customers resolve their own housing situation.
With over 200 pieces of information covering homelessness, tenants’ rights, harassment, eviction notices, rent / mortgage arrears, housing disrepair and so much more, this tool is a fantastic resource for customers to access any time. They can then print, email or save their results.
The tool is easy to access from:
Neutering and microchipping pets
Microchipping your pet should always be a priority. This helps to identify your pet and return them to you if they get lost or stolen. Microchips are safe and easy to implant under your pet’s skin. It matches to the owner’s contact details on the national database. You need to update your contact details if you change phone numbers or move house.
Microchips don’t fall off like collars and ID tags, and they don’t put your pet at risk of injury. Microchipping requirements will depend on the species, size, and conditions of your pet. You should speak to your vet for advice.
Neutering your pet has many health benefits. It prevents pregnancies in females pets and reduces the spread of diseases, cancers, or infections. Neutering can also prevent unwanted behaviours in certain breeds. Neutering your pets keeps the number of animals in each household to a reasonable number. Neutering requirements will vary depending on your pet. You should speak to your vet before going ahead with the procedure.
