Ready Steady Readers
Ready Steady Readers is our programme for babies and children under 5, with a range of exciting events and regular activities to bring your little ones along to. Also don't forget to look out for our two Story Buses Sam and Nelly as they travel around the city. They're packed with brilliant board books, perfect picture books and terrific toys, wonderful for under 5s.
Rachel Dean Dance - Thumbelina
Thumbelina is an enchanting tale of a miniature girl trying to find her place in the world, brought to life through live music, dance and song.
Children and their adults play an active role in helping Thumbelina escape from a hungry toad, build a shelter from sticks and through their play, give her the strength to carry on and make it safely home.
A gentle and playful experience with the beauty of the natural world at its heart.
