Here the updates for collections over the May Day bank
holiday.
 Food waste
Please put out your food waste on the same day as your
refuse.
Food waste includes cooked food, meat and fish, even animal
bedding and house plants! We will collect it all and take it to be recycled
into compost which is then used by farmers and gardeners locally.
No amount of food waste is too small to get started. Sign up

Bulky waste
If you are doing some spring cleaning this weekend don’t
forget that we offer a bulky waste collection service. This chargeable service
is great for items that are too big to go into the normal rubbish and large
items such as fridges or freezers.
If you only have one or two items to get rid of don’t forget
that you can share the cost with a neighbour.
