Returning 7 - 23 June, Wandsworth's annual festival of arts and culture turns 15 this year. A cornerstone for our bid to become London Borough of Culture in 2025, SW London's most eclectic, welcoming, and open-access festival invites you to leap into the undiscovered with another extraordinary programme of art, music, dance, theatre, comedy, film, circus and street performance this summer.

Roots to Change CIC: The Big Reshape Art Exhibition and Related Events
As part of The Big Reshape, Roots to Change and Seduced by Art are conducting workshops that invite community members to paint their vision of a safer, fairer world.
This artwork is being displayed across the borough, together with highlights from their research into violence against women and girls and some suggestions on what we could all do to help address this issue.

Magan Gallery: "Boxes" painting workshop
As part of the upcoming group exhibition Anemos, people of all ages are invited to take part in a community project, exploring our identity through the places we grew up and currently live. The artist Marianna Zoumpliou will be leading the workshop, asking participants to paint on an unusual surface: a cardboard box!

The Mayor of London’s Dementia Friendly Venues Charter is a simple self-accreditation process that supports London’s cultural venues looking to better welcome those living with dementia and their carers. No matter the size of your venues, you too can become dementia-friendly.

Are you a compassionate, caring an open-minded individual aged over 18 years? If so could you commit 1-2 hours a fortnight to volunteer as a befriender for at least a year? You do not need prior experience, personal qualities and values such as empathy, mutual respect and trust, acceptance of self and others, are more important.
Our aim is to offer befriending relationships to adults with experience of mental ill-health, promoting confidence in those we befriend to access opportunities and services within the community.
