Sponsors will also have the chance to connect with local partners and organisations while supporting an event that makes a meaningful difference to residents’ lives. Sponsorship packages are limited. Businesses wanted to provide placements and mentoring
Richmond’s business community has an opportunity to help shape the future of local talent by offering placements or mentoring to care-experienced young people. Achieving for Children’s “Better Futures” agenda aims to break down the barriers they face, with targeted support helping to reduce the risk of young people becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), socially isolated, or facing long-term unemployment.
By providing stability, guidance and encouragement, businesses can help young people build confidence, independence and long-term career resilience, while making a meaningful contribution to Richmond’s future workforce.
