New 10-year lesiure partnership begins - delivering improved services in Richmond upon Thames
Our new 10-year partnership with Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) officially began yesterday, marking the start of major improvements to Pools on the Park and Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre. The partnership is set to deliver £3.9 million of capital investment into both centres, bringing with it upgraded facilities, improved accessibility and expanded programmes for residents.
Colourful mural brings new life to North Richmond footbridge
A new mural has been painted on the footbridge connecting St Mary’s Grove and Sheendale Road in North Richmond, supported by South Western Railway, Network Rail and other local partners. Unveiled on Wednesday by the Mayor and local Councillors, the new mural makes this bridge safer and more inviting to local families to cross and enjoy watching the trains.
