Work is underway on a brand new cycle hub for Richmond Station
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday (25 February) to officially mark the start of works on a new cycle hub at Richmond Station. The multi-storey facility is a partnership between Richmond Council and South Western Railway, providing parking for up to 700 bikes. We have contributed £664,000 to the scheme, which will help promote sustainable transport and improve local infrastructure.
South London to drive growth under new London plan

The South London Partnership - a coalition of the boroughs of Richmond upon Thames, Croydon, Kingston, Merton, and Sutton - welcomed the plan’s focus on local economic hubs and innovation-led growth.
