Support is available in Richmond upon Thames this World Mental Health Day

|
We know that increasing financial pressures can have a negative impact on mental health, including in those who may never have experienced mental health issues previously.
It’s important to reach out and get help if you are struggling, and there are a lot of resources available to give you and those you care for the necessary support.
If you or someone you know is at immediate risk, always call 999.
Access to local mental health support 24/7

Cost of Living Support Calculator
To help you understand which schemes, benefits or support you might be able to access, we have an ‘Entitled To’ calculator. This form takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and will ask you information about your income, home and family. Once complete, it will tell you what you are entitled to, so you can look for the right scheme in our Cost of Living Hub.
How you can help
If you are in a position to help others, financially or with your time, we have plenty of suggestions for you.
