Richmond's parks receive 22 Green Flag Awards!
Richmond has been recognised for its open spaces, gardens and heritage sites by being awarded 22 prestigious Green Flag Awards! Our parks and gardens are important green spaces for the community to socialise and enjoy nature, while also contributing to our physical and mental wellbeing. The awarded parks have all reached the high standards required to receive a coveted Green Flag Award, the national standards for parks and open spaces in England and Wales.

What's Happening?
Take the 'Chimps Are Family' trail around Richmond upon Thames
Until Saturday 31 August, residents and visitors are invited to explore a specially crafted 'Chimps are Family' trail. Along the way, you'll discover interesting chimp statues displaying different facts that educate us about chimps and highlight the importance of wildlife conservation.
