Leaseholder Conference

Thank you for attending our recent Leaseholder Conference. We hope you enjoyed the day and found the presentations and speakers informative and engaging. Your participation and feedback were invaluable, and we appreciate the time taken to share your views.

During the event and in follow-up discussions, several key themes emerged. These are:

Repairs and maintenance: queries about repair cost breakdowns, delays in resolving roof leaks and communal cleaning standards.

Access and documentation: issues with fob delays and costs, insurance policy details, and fire risk assessment copies.

Lease extensions and subletting: questions on lease extensions, subletting process and related guidance.

Community engagement: interest in joining a Leasehold Forum and receiving updates.

Since the event, the Sales and Leasehold Management team have been reviewing the feedback received and already begun addressing several of the issues raised, which you can read more about in this newsletter.
