Poetry For Women: Embracing Your Voice, Embracing Yourself
Join author and poet Madeleine F White (Mother Of Floods, The Horse And The Girl, Maiden Mother Crone) to explore how your own experience, strength and hope of womanhood, can create stories that matter ā to you and to others.
Madeleine will use a selection of her own poems, drawn from her unflinching memoir in verse Maiden, Mother, Crone, to inspire a poetic response. Aimed at women who have experienced forms of personal trauma ā physical and mental ā this poetry will be used to explore how to write your way back into healing.

An inspiring workshop led by Jo Scott that shines a light on how great copy and creative writing tell captivating stories at heritage sites like museums and parks, with plenty of opportunities to write about your own history and heritage in different ways for different audiences.

Join allergy writer, Mirabel Lavelle for an interactive workshop exploring the impact of allergies on families.
Participants will be encouraged to draft and edit a creative writing article, short story, a graphic strip or poem for publication which encourages understanding, safeguarding and inclusion of allergy sufferers in daily life as well as inspiring hope.

An introduction to making a magazine with an insight to the process and publishing. Now planning Issue 25, Madeleine White, Editor of Write On! Magazine, invites you to join this session, for anyone interested in participating or contributing to Write On! Extra or Write On! Magazine.
The magazine is distributed to libraries, universities and writing centres across the country and we look for your submissions to publish. We are in partnership with self-published writers, traditionally published authors and industry experts, bringing the best advice, views and contributions to the creative writing world.
