myLambeth - A new way to help you manage your council services online and the chance to win a £50 high street shopping voucher!
The council has developed a new way to help our customers manage their accounts online.
The new mylambeth account will enable customers to access their Parking, Housing, Benefits, Landlords, Council Tax and Business Rates Account through one easy to access portal.
To enter the competition and have a chance at winning a £50 high street shopping voucher, you simply need to sign up for a new account or verify your old one. Once you have logged in, you can:
- apply for street visitor parking
- check your council tax balance and history
- view your rent balance
- track the progress of applications for Blue Badges
- view your service charge if you are a council leaseholder.
There are many more things you can do, so do apply, or verify your account now.
If you already have an account for the council services detailed above, you just need to log into the portal and verify your details. Once your details have been verified, accessing your accounts will be seamless.
The new reporting option is part of the council’s work to make services easier to access online and better to use.
You can continue to contact us through any method you prefer, such as phone or email, but we wanted to let you know we are offering more options to easily reach us.
