Dear resident,
As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, we are pleased to pilot an additional feature – Communal repairs online!
We are looking to simplify and improve how you receive services and information. Following the introduction of Myhousing last year, more than 3000 homeowners registered and are using the service. The addition of the communal online repairs service is one of many improvements as part of our digital investment in housing.
We are inviting you to be one of the first homeowners to try this new feature. While you’re having a look around the site, please try all of the features and let us know what you think: what works and what doesn’t work.
What you are able to do with communal repairs online
You can access the new feature by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Repairs’. When logged in, you will be able to:

- waste chutes.
Select a repair appointment
You can select the day and time slot you would like the contractor to come to your property.
Update your repair appointment
You will be able to update your repair appointment if you need to re-schedule the repair or change the order.
