Councillor and nurse talks about getting the Covid-19 vaccine 

Cllr Pauline George, who represents Lambeth’s Herne Hill ward, works on the NHS front line as a specialist nurse. She has been working long hours during the pandemic to help those hospitalised by Covid-19. Now she talks about why she has been vaccinated for coronavirus, and how she addressed her own initial scepticism about the jab.

Lambeth Country Show 2021 to be virtual event

This year the Lambeth Country show will be run as a virtual event due to the ongoing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and uncertainty remaining about when the social distancing and other restrictions needed to stop the spread of the virus will be lifted.
