We would like you to give us feedback on our new SMS balance enquiry service for homeowners and tenants.

To use the service simply text the word ‘Bal’ and your invoice number, if you are a homeowner, or your account number if you are a tenant, to the number: 0780 000 6116

Tenants can also text Pay’ to find out their current weekly rent, minus any Housing benefit they receive.

In order to utilise the service your mobile number must be held against your property records. If it isn’t please contact Richard Pamintuan to have your number updated.

Please let us know what you think by emailing your responses directly to Richard.
