Housing Policies Consultation

diverse group of people sitting down

Lambeth is developing its housing management policies. These concise documents are there to give a guide to officers when they make decisions and ensure that a consistent approach is taken.

We’d like your input. This is a new initiative and it’s an area we would like residents to be more involved in. We’ll see how well it works and then come to a view on the best approach in the future.

We’ve been looking at the policies on mutual exchange, discretionary tenancies, joint tenancies, introductory tenancies and internal transfers. There is a lot of overlap as they are all about setting up new tenancies. We’ve written a short 4 question survey to help inform these policies.

If you’re interested in contributing please complete the survey by 27 May 2019.

Resident Assembly

The feedback report for our annual Resident Assembly is now available on our website. You can also find information from our major works and tenant assemblies.

The full list of categories and nomination forms are available on the Incredible Edible Lambeth website incredibleediblelambeth.org. £100 prize for each category winner. Closing date 1 June 2019.
