Where to find us and our new postal address

Civic Centre open

Our new Civic Centre is now open.

The move is delivering on the council's vision of reducing the core council buildings from 14 to 2, whilst improving accessibility for visitors, and providing over 200 new homes.

To make sure that you can be seen at the Civic Centre, please make an appointment on our bookings website. Our new office address is Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1EG.

Our central income team, who were previously based at Union Road, have now moved to our Kennington and Norwood area housing offices so that they are more easily accessible to residents.

Tenants can drop in at:

  • North area housing office (91 Kennington Lane SE11 4HQ)
  • South area housing office (Lunham Road, Central Hill Estate SE19 1AA).

We also have a new postal address for written correspondence: London Borough of Lambeth, PO Box 734, Winchester SO23 5DG.

End of year performance - how are we doing?

      Q4 performance

In the last year, Housing Services has performed well overall.

We have met our targets, or are within the agreed target range, for all of our key performance measures.

In particular, resident satisfaction with our repairs service has increased and we have held down occupancy levels in temporary accommodation by helping households to move to more settled accommodation.

You can see how we are doing against over 100 performance measures on our website.
