Time to talk day - 2 Feb
Time to talk day is on Thursday 2 February and we are encouraging everyone to check in with family, friends and colleagues to talk about mental health.
Mental health problems can make many people feel isolated and unable to speak about it which can be one of the worst parts of the illness.
By getting people talking about mental health we can break down stereotypes, improve relationships, help recovery and take the stigma out of something that affects us all.
If you or someone you know is struggling with poor mental health click on the link below for support.
