Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Right? As the name suggests, this meal breaks your fast of the night before. So it is important to give us that morning boost and set us up for the day, but are we doing breakfast right? Everyone is different, you may sit down to a full meal or grab a breakfast bar on the way out, maybe you don't have anything at all...

National Day of Reflection
Next Tuesday, 23rd March marks one year since we entered the first national lockdown. Marie Curie have chosen this day as the National Day of Reflection for us all to come together, reflect on our collective loss, and hope for a brighter future.

You can also register to join the free premiere of locally made film 'Behind the Mask'. The film talks to families about their experiences of grief over the last year and asks us to look differently at our relationship with death.

Breast Screening in Kirklees
Once every three years, women aged 50 - 70 are invited for a breast screening appointment. Pennine Breast Screening Service will soon be doing their rounds in some parts of Kirklees - watch their video to see how appointments are going ahead safely through COVID.
