I Can Read With My Eyes Shut! by Dr Seuss
Savanna, aged 7 loves this book. She says: "It is really funny when the cat in the hat reads in purple and brown, because he is wearing purple and brown glasses. How can he do that? I like the part when the mice were skating on the ice. It was funny, and really silly, because they are wearing tiny skates, and holding ice that is way too large for them!"
There are squillions of Dr Seuss books out there! We'd love you to get in touch and tell us your favourite!
Why not check out our e-book collection, just type Dr Seuss in the search (or click here) , select and borrow a Dr Seuss for yourself and get ready for some silliness!

Here is Arran, aged 6 enjoying a copy of The 13 Storey Treehouse by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton.
This is what he had to say about it:
"I think this book is really funny and it has some scary parts too. The pictures must have been done by a very good artist because they help me read the story. I love the way Terry [Denton] has put himself in the story!"
Borrow your e-book copy from Overdrive/Libby by clicking this link or looking on the site...if you enjoy it, there are lots of sequels...including the 26, 39, 52, 65, 78, 91 Storey Treehouses...!
