Hello and welcome back to our health bulletin!
We know it can be difficult dealing with the uncertainty of how long lockdown will last, but we're all doing a really good job of adapting to our new circumstances. Just remember, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed and it’s important to take time out for yourself. If you’re feeling low but don’t know why, it might be because you are missing someone, BUPA has some advice on how we can keep connected and lift our spirits.
We hope this instalment of ‘Staying Healthy’ will make the week ahead look less daunting and will give you some tips on how to keep your mind and body well!
