 Feeling festive
There are lots of events this December to get you into the festive spirit. Head down to Chapel Market tomorrow Saturday 7 December, 12 noon-3pm, for the festive ‘Winter Warmer’ event. The market will sparkle with festive cheer, children’s activities, refreshments and music.
Union Chapel and St Mary’s Church will once again be hosting carols by candlelight. St Mary’s event will be on Sunday 15 December and Union Chapel will be on Sunday 22 December. Check out our festive events page for more details and timings.
 Free cultural events this winter
This winter, the council is bringing even more free events to our streets, parks and community spaces through funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Funding.
These community events celebrate the diversity and array of cultures that make Islington such a thriving place to visit, work and live. Find out about events happening across the borough on our website.
