Finance Assistant (Accountancy Apprenticehship)

Do you enjoy working in an energetic city environment? Are looking to build a successful career in Finance? We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Apprentice in the Accounts Payable department to join our growing finance team.
With Intelligence is a leading global tech and data company based in the City of London, and provides data and news information as well as networking events for the financial industry.
As well as receiving training and a qualification in AAT at level 2 or 3, you will be working in the three main areas of AP which looks after invoices based on Overheads, Events and Freelancers which will be clearer in time, but rest assured you will have full support of all the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of accounts payable inbox (cover when manager is on leave or due to sickness)
- Processing invoices on Financial Force
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Performing supplier reconciliations
- Assisting with processing and reconciling credit card expenses
- Support the wider finance team as and when required

Hackney Software Developer Apprenticeship

The purpose of the information day is to provide a deeper understanding of the upcoming Software Developer roles at Hackney Council. You will have the chance to hear from managers, previous and current apprentices. Flipside 2024 Product Design Course

Flipside is a 3-month course co-created and co-delivered annually, in partnership with some of the UK's leading digital design agencies including Beyond, BIO Agency, Made by Many, Sennep, The Skills Lab and ustwo. Taking place at the Good Growth Hub, Flipside enables Londoners aged 18-30 to start a career in the innovative and ever-growing sector of Digital Product Design.
As an intensive practical introduction bootcamp over 12 weeks, the course is ideal for anyone with existing design education or experience needing a practical application for their knowledge; or those new to the sector wanting to explore new skills and considering a career path in digital product design.
Business Administration Apprentice at QMUL

The post holder will provide effective, efficient support, with guidance, and will cover for School Executive Assistant in their absence. You will assist with delivering a comprehensive administrative service for operations activities within the School (including recruitment, procurement, website and intranet updates, hospitality, travel and accommodation bookings) and will act as PA to the Heads of Department.

The Museum of London invites you to a 4-week FREE training programme, Tuesday 14, 21, 28th November and 5th December. The programme which will develop creative employability skills for 18-25 year olds in Islington that aren't in education, employment or training.
If you are interested in a creative career or want to improve confidence in applying for jobs, this programme will be a fun and practical way to learn new skills and meet professionals in the arts and museum sector.
This set of workshops will lead to an opportunity to apply for a paid work placement at Museum of London in early 2024. As a team, we will support participants of Next Gen Creatives to apply for this opportunity.

Creative Access x McLaren Racing mentoring programme 2024
