Ideation is the act of forming and developing ideas from conception to implementation. Think of it as the sequence of thoughts that takes you from a lightbulb moment to building out the concept through research, modelling and testing. This process is the key component of all successful businesses.
Across two days, you will be guided through tried-and-tested exercises and discover expert insights to help you ideate like a seasoned entrepreneur. Sessions are virtual and interactive, so you will also have fun while doing it!

Creative Skills Academy Scheme

The Film London Equal Access Network is reopening applications for the ESF Creative Skills Academy Schemen– and this time, for London based people who are 35 and over, and not currently in employment or training.
You may be new to the industry with transferable skills, or have early experience of working in the industry and are now striving to work in your next screen related role. Here is a link for more information, eligibility rules, and where to apply by 5pm on 14 April 2023.
This is a mentoring scheme offering you the chance to upskill your CV, provide one-on-one support with cover letter writing, and gets you thinking about your future in Film, TV, Animation, VFX or Games. Successful candidates will be a part of a group who have 1:1 and both virtual and group masterclasses and workshops.
- Virtual welcome session: 3rd of May
- Virtual Initial 1:1 Virtual goal setting session: W/C the 8th of May
- In-person 5 day employability skills training with industry guests: 15th – 19th of May
- Virtual mid-course 1:1 progress meeting: W/C 22nd of May
