Update on the ongoing technical issues affecting ISCIS Online

Dear Customer,  


I am writing to update you on the ongoing technical issues affecting the availability of up-to-date transactional data in ISCIS Online.


We have been working hard to resolve these issues and have been testing a fix with some of your fellow customers over the last couple of months. Unfortunately, the fix we have been working on has not provided the outcomes we were anticipating, and we are therefore exploring a new option.


I apologise for any inconvenience or frustrations this may be causing you. and appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we explore this new solution. We will provide a further update on progress in the new year.
