ISCIS Online: An update for IPs from John Wheatle, Director - Business Services Division at the Insolvency Service


Dear Customer,  

I am writing to let you know that we are aware of a number of technical issues affecting ISCIS and ISCIS Online, resulting in online transactional data not being up to date.   

We recognise that this has impacted some users, and we are sorry that we have not been able to provide our usual high standards of service. We ask for your patience as we are working to resume normal service as a priority.  We are hopeful that an update to the system, that is currently being worked on, means that we will be able to resolve the situation in the near future.   

I would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time, and reiterate our apologies, on behalf of the entire team, for any inconvenience caused. We will update you on our progress in resolving these issues in the next week.
