Update: Insolvency Practitioner Upload Service

We have been successfully receiving director conduct forms via The Insolvency Practitioner Upload Service since it went live on 25 March.

Difficulties logging in

To gain access to the new system users will need to re-set their passwords, this generates a temporary password and a link in an email. For some users this link may not work, if so then please try the following: Make sure that all other browser windows are closed down and use your log-in and temporary password on the normal log-in page. If you get an error message, just refresh the page and that should resolve your issue.

If the above procedure does not work please e-mail DCAS@insolvency.gov.uk for further advice.

Confirmation e-mails

We are aware of other technological issues and are working to find a solution. In particular we apologise that some users have not received email confirmations. We can confirm that all submissions are being successfully received and this is an internal error affecting our automatic email responses only. Please continue to submit Conduct Returns through the Upload Service.

Timeliness of submissions

We do understand that these issues may have affected your ability to submit reports on time and that any such delays are beyond your control. If you would like confirmation of this on an individual case or if there are any other issues that you’d like to report please contact us through the portal or by e-mail to DCAS@insolvency.gov.uk

We will provide a further update when these issues are resolved.

Kind Regards
