Insolvency Service ISCIS On-line - Changes to when a case no-longer appears

Since the introduction of ISCIS on-line it has been the process that cases no longer appear in case lists once they have been financially closed on the Insolvency Service case management system.

The recent new Insolvency Rules made changes to the release process and as a result we have requested changes to ISCIS on-line.

On the 5 September 2018 a change will be made which will mean that Bankruptcy and Compulsory Liquidation cases will only come off ISCIS on-line once the IP release date has been entered onto our case management system.

This change will be retrospective and as such if there have been instances where we have no record of the release date, cases will return to case lists on ISCIS on-line once implemented.

If you do see a case return to your case list on ISCIS on-line where you have been released please e-mail CustomerServices.EAS@Insolvency.gsi.gov.uk with the e-mail subject ‘EAS PROJECT&DATACLEANSE’ advising us of the details of your release.
