Earlier this year we were lucky enough to be awarded DCMS funding for our ‘Space to Inspire’ project. The funding has been granted as part of a nationwide Libraries Improvement Fund (LIF) delivered by Arts Council England for the government’s Arts Everywhere Fund.
The investment will allow us to upgrade Hull Central Library and will help ensure our facilities are fit for the future and continue to serve as a supportive, creative heart for the city.
We’d love to hear your views about how our library spaces can be improved to better inspire creativity, learning, wellbeing and connection. We are holding a series of public consultations to aid that understanding. Please join us at Hull Central Library on the following dates:
- Tuesday 13 October - 10:00am - 12:00pm
- Wednesday 21 October - 1:00pm - 3:00pm
- Saturday 31 October - 10:00am - 12:00pm
Or complete the online survey available from Monday 12 October.
