We are utterly delighted to be nominated - not once, but twice - in the British Book Awards Library of the Year - North England category!
Congrats to the team at Waudby Library and to Hull Schools' Library Service for their One Hull of a Read project. Winners will be announced on Thursday 12 March. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Digital Skills
We run free drop-in sessions at our Work Clubs to help you use a computer and access websites to find courses that help you improve your basic skills.
If you need help setting up and updating your Universal Credit account we offer a free drop-in session every Tuesday from 2-4pm at Bransholme Library.

Reading Well is a national Books on Prescription programme from The Reading Agency and Libraries Connected, available through public libraries across England and Wales. There are five Reading Well collections covering mental health, parent support, children and teens and dementia.

The music library at Hull Central Library is a place for both music lovers and musicians. We have 2 electric pianos, a drum kit and computers with composition and recording software for customers to use.

We Roar is an exhibition that showcases exceptional artwork and poetry created by prisoners in England and the USA, including Hull. Through creative expressions the exhibition explores themes of identity, resilience, and transformation, aiming to challenge perceptions and spark meaningful conversations.
