As a direct debit customer, you may be interested in managing your Hull City council tax account online to quickly and easily make changes to your account, contact the council tax team directly, and apply for discounts and exemptions.
When creating your account, you can also opt in to paperless e-billing with just one click - look out for the option during the sign-up process and we'll do the rest.
To create your account use the link below and select 'Council Tax' when prompted. Please be aware you'll need to provide your:
- Name as it appears on your bill
- Council Tax reference number
- Full address
- Email address and a contact telephone number
