Hull Truck Theatre - Bringing Our Building Back to Life
As Hull Truck Theatre mark a year since they had to close their doors, they are thrilled to announce an artistic intervention project which will bring their building back to life over the coming months, ahead of re-opening to audiences in late May.

The project will reflect themes that are close to their heart, including growth, community, wellbeing and togetherness. Using foliage and artificial flowers alongside elements of previous sets, costumes, and lighting, Caitlin and the team will create a bold and impactful window display that will be visible from the outside of the building and gradually grow as they prepare for reopening. The project symbolises a catalyst for a fresh start and new beginnings as they look forward to being able to create and share live theatre again. Members of the community will also be asked to submit creations to be included in the display.
