Hull Training and Adult Education are looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic senior lead for our apprenticeship programmes. Working with the Senior Management Team you should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to be versatile in your approach to work based learning provision.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to manage our apprenticeship and business development delivery. 

Building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including schools and employers is a key aspect to this role. You will hold an outstanding track record in management and programme delivery with current knowledge of standards and government reforms and initiatives.

Reporting to the Assistant City Manager you will be responsible for developing provision and managing performance. The successful candidate will be able to provide direction and support for the service area and operate as a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for developing and improving apprenticeship provision. The post holder is required to work collaboratively across a range of curriculum and sector areas to support, monitor and deliver continuous improvement.
