Hull is leading the way nationally with its innovative extra care schemes, we have recently developed in Partnership with Riverside 3 new sites across the city housing 316 brand new purpose built apartments. The schemes are PFI funded and unique in that they are open to anyone over the age of 18 with an assessed social care need.
We have an opportunity for a qualified social worker to be the lead professional for Extra Care within the authority. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the assessment and review work across our 4 extra care facilities.
This is a high profile and challenging role that will require experience and reiliance within the social work field.
