TENANCY ASSISTANT

Fixed term for up to 12 months to cover maternity.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused, enthusiastic and committed to providing a front line quality service to all our customers. You will be part of a front line team dealing with customer queries in relation to property allocations and tenancies; this may include viewing properties with potential or existing tenants, dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries, and helping to deliver a range of services in a changing housing environment to members of the public.

You will need to be a good communicator, and have a willingness to deal sympathetically on a range of customer enquiries.

You will also be expected to liaise with other Council contractors, external agencies and partners on issues relating to neighbourhood management.
