CONTRACT OFFICER - TWO POSTS

Fixed Term until 31st July 2019 to provide additional support.

The Housing Investment Service predominately manages the repair service for all Council housing properties. This role entails raising orders, liaising with contractors both internal and external, working with area based housing teams, call centre staff and Project Surveyors on a variety of issues. The role requires a calm, reasoned approach to solving problems and flexibility within a small team of Contract Officers.
