Do you want to be involved in driving real change in the Council?

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Improvement Team within Streetscene. The post holder will be responsible for directing, managing and organising improvement projects considering the application of operational systems, customer expectation and process management.

Driving change that ensures ongoing development of the service, improving performance whilst considering the customer journey.

The work will be interesting and varied and will make a real difference to the way services in Streetscene are delivered and managed.

You will have experience of change management techniques and methodologies. You will be a skilled problem solver and be able to prioritise key areas of focus to achieve the greatest benefits. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence stakeholders to effect cultural change.  Ideally you will have some knowledge of the different functions within a Local Authority. You will be able to work alone, as well as part of a team, including working closely with internal colleagues, external partners and agencies.
