Hull Dance Youth Company selected for Fresh 2018
Saturday 24 March - 7.30pm
York Theatre Royal
Hull Dance Youth Company have been selected to perform at Fresh 2018 at York Theatre Royal on Saturday 24 March.
“Me. You. Us.” is a display of youth: getting rid of inhibitions and having the most fun possible on stage. The piece has emerged through an autobiographical themed process and through nonsense and play, the dancers frolic between a mixture of live improvisation scores and set material to challenge the more common expectation of youth dance performances. Fresh 2018 is a breathtaking celebration of the achievements of our regions young dancers. Experience an amazing range of dance styles from the very finest youth dance companies from across Yorkshire.
A panel of judges will select a group to represent Yorkshire at U.Dance 2018 in Suffolk
