An experienced Human Resources professional is required to undertake work with our service areas on the improvement of attendance at work.  Also to provide general HR advice to a range of customers of the department.

Working with data, analysis and some experience of systems thinking processes would be a distinct advantage.

You will need to be CIPD qualified with experience in general HR.  Have advisory experience in case management including discipline, grievance, performance management, absence management.  A good working knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office packages especially excel spreadsheets and ideally having worked with Oracle or a similar database system.

The role is varied and requires some research as well as dealing directly with employees and their managers.

Working as part of a small team the goal is to improve health and wellbeing in the organisation and therefore attendance at work.
