An exciting opportunity to support websites in Hull - UK City of Culture 2017!

We are looking for a highly dedicated  Web Developer to help us support modern, user friendly, fully responsive digital access channels. We are at a turning point in our digital journey and require someone with creativity, innovation and flair to help us support our digital portfolio in Drupal.

Your experience should include building and developing web sites, ideally in a corporate or council environment. Experience and knowledge of the following skillsets would be desirable, but full training will be provided to the right candidate:

Drupal
Bootstrap
PHP
HTML, XML, CSS, LESS
Javascript, jQuery, JSON
SOLR
GIT / Knowledge of Source Code Control
Security compliance appropriate to web development within a PSN-compliant network

In addition to supporting the suite of websites post-live, you may be involved in  work streams from analysis to design, technical build, UAT and release.   Your passion for maintaining exceptional digital solutions will be evident in your interpersonal and communication skills and in your daily dealings with representatives from service areas, partners and suppliers.
