Sure Start Children’s Centres support children aged 0-5yrs and their families, offering integrated services in their local areas. 

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Practitioner for the East area Children’s Centres.  To work in partnership with children and their families to provide good quality holistic family support and outreach work as part of a Multi- professional team delivering Children’s Centres services across a locality.

Experience of working with children, young people, their families and carers and of of assessing needs and providing emotional and practical support to children, young people, their families and carers is essential.

You must have a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an appropriate field related to Social Care, Education, Health, Early Years, Youth or Community Work and a commitment to further develop knowledge and skills relevant to the post through training and development opportunities.
